A Sankey Evening at Wesley Hall.  All welcome to what should be a blast!

Graham Tomkinson leads us as we think about conference and how we, as a church, fit in.

The amalgamation of our Circuit (Leicester Trinity) and Leicester Circuit is going forward and from 1st September should be completed.
A meeting open to everyone in the new amalgamated Circuit will be held at Oadby Trinity on beginning with a BBQ at 6.30pm. Each church will be invited to bring a small display with information about their church. The event will end with a short time of worship.

The idea is for everyone to get to know each other. The meeting will not be agenda led, and there will be no business discussed.

A meeting of the consultation on worship group - open to all.

  • The Church of Christ in every age

The service starts at 10:30am - all are welcome, come and celebrate with us.

Order of Service:
Graham Tomkinson

Graham Tomkinson leads the morning service which on Trinity Sunday - (Methodist Homes Sunday) take the theme of age.  Graham will be talking about how age affects us and how to come to terms with getting older.  Hymns for Sunday include:

  • How shall I sing that majesty?
  • Says Jesus, 'Come and gather round'
  • When memory fades
  • The love of God comes close
  • God it was who said to Abraham
Order of Service:

The theme for today is about methodists working in this country. There are some exciting projects around the country. We also will continue with our lenten theme. Today it is about "intentional faith develoment". St Paul asked the early Christian communities to grow,to move, to change, and to mature in their faith. This could be the inspiration for today's worship. The service will be led by Graham Tomkinson one of our own preachers.
